Is the insert included, or is this the cover only?
Each listing is for the cover only — the inner pillow/insert is not included.
What size inserts should I buy?
For a soft look, match the insert to the cover size (for example, an 18 inch insert for an 18 inch cover). For a fuller, designer-plump finish, size up by one inch. Feather/down or microfibre inserts both work beautifully with our covers.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but handmade pieces in sheer fabric naturally shift with the light — the same cover can read brighter in sunlight and softer in lamplight, which is part of its charm. Slight differences between your screen and the actual piece can also occur due to monitor and camera settings.
Why does each cover look slightly different?
Because every cover is hand-stitched individually, no two are perfectly identical. Tiny variations in the ruffles or placement are a hallmark of genuine handwork, not a defect.
Are these made to order?
Yes — we craft in small batches in our studio in India, and some designs are made to order. A single cover can take many hours of handwork (our 3D rose designs take around 20 hours each), so please allow a little time for dispatch.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces — particularly the 3D rose designs that take around 20 hours of handwork each — may take 7 to 10 business days before they leave the studio. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel goes out.
Can I request a custom color or size?
Yes, we welcome custom requests. Get in touch through our Customer Support page with your preferred color and size and we will confirm feasibility, price and timing before you place an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from India, including to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Prices are converted to your local currency at checkout, and international card payments are accepted via Razorpay.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Free shipping within India (3 to 6 business days). International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days; shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, with tracked courier service.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
Any import duties or taxes on international orders are set by your country's customs and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices.
Why do you need my contact number with my address?
A contact number is mandatory under Indian Customs rules for smooth dispatch and delivery, so please include it when ordering. It is only used for shipping.
How do I keep the ruffles looking their best?
Store flat or lightly stuffed, keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color, and smooth ruffles gently by hand after washing. A cool iron on the backing fabric only (never directly on the ruffles) can refresh the cover if needed.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy — full details are on our Terms page. Because pieces are handmade (and some are made to order), please check sizing and care notes before ordering. Custom orders are non-returnable.
